DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Academics is seeking internally among the Heber Springs Faculty, a member to coordinate the activities of all academic programs on the Heber Springs Campus. Programs include all 3 academic divisions. Position supports Concurrent Enrollment and Regional Career Center activities at the Heber Springs Campus. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with the Vice Chancellor for Academics and Division Deans to manage Academic programming, curriculum and instruction, and course scheduling for the campus.
• Coordinating recruiting activities among academic programs. Participating in open registration events and high school Bridge to College preview days. Working in concert with ASU-Beebe marketing and public relations to promote the campus' academic programming.
• In collaboration with ASU-Beebe's Concurrent Enrollment Coordinator and the Director of the Regional Career Center, serving as the point-of-contact to coordinate the campus's concurrent credit and post-secondary career center programming needs.
• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of the campus' faculty.
• Supporting the professional development of the campus' faculty.
• Providing support for assessment, accreditation reporting and campus site visits.
• Serving as Banner liaison to the campus' faculty and have "administrator access" specific to Banner functions associated with advising and course scheduling.
• Serving on the ASU-Beebe Curriculum Committee.
• Attending all Heber Springs academic events such as graduation and pinning ceremonies.
• Other relevant duties to support the campus' academic programming as assigned by the Vice Chancellor for Academics.

This position is an "extra duties" assignment, carrying an $8000 annual stipend, on top of the faculty member's regular teaching contract and responsibilities. It also comes with one course release per semester.
