Job OverviewThe University of Cincinnati, Hoxworth Blood Center, Quality Control Laboratory (QCL) is recruiting a full-time (100% FTE) Clinical Lab Scientist (Level 3) for first shift. We seek motivated individuals with strong critical thinking, communication, and independent work skills. Experience in blood banking is ideal. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, managing the assignment and review of laboratory work, product testing, and projects. Candidates must be proficient in computerized data entry and retrieval and able to communicate effectively across departments.
Compensation and Schedule:
• Sign on Bonus: $5,000
• Starting pay range (based on experience): - $37-39/hour
• First Shift Available (10-hour shifts): 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• No on-call hours required
