Do you have a passion for shipping, packing, and making sure items reach customers safely? Goodwill is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Shipperto help grow our online sales. This role is split between packing/shipping sold items and listing donated products online when needed.
What Youll Do
- Prepare, pack, label, and ship items daily using shipping software and equipment
- Accurately verify items against daily shipping lists before packaging
- Ensure all shipments are secure, well-packed, and ready for carriers
- List donated items on e-commerce platforms (photograph, write descriptions, research unique/collectible items)
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly posting and shipping goals
- Communicate with customers via email/phone regarding items and orders
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and excellent attention to detail in all work
- Support Goodwills mission while protecting company assets
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a medium/high-volume packing & shipping role (required)
- Experience selling items online (eBay, Amazon, or similar) preferred
- Knowledge of antiques/collectibles a plus
- Strong computer and technology skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, pack, and handle merchandise safely
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours as needed to support shipping deadlines, 7:30 a.m. start time preferred, 5 days a week needed
