Required Education:High School.
Required Related Experience:Experience in building maintenance, equipment maintenance, general maintenance.
Physical Requirements:Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to and over 50lbs; Standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs; Repetitive motion;
May be exposed to loud noises, fumes, confined spaces, and/or weather/temperature extremes while on a job-site(s) or traveling to/from various job sites.
Evenings / Nights: Sunday - Wednesday
7:00am - 4:00pm;
3:30pm - 12:00am;
11:00pm - 8:00am
7:00am - 7:00pm Wednesday - Saturday
7:00pm - 7:00am - Sunday - Tuesday
7:00pm - 1:00am on Wednesday
Hours of work may vary dependent upon situational factors and may include some weekend(s), and holiday(s) response.

About the Role:
The STEPS Maintenance Technician II - Healthcare supports the Facilities Department's mission by delivering general maintenance services across UK HealthCare hospital facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, operating, and repairing building systems in compliance with The Joint Commission Standards.

Preferred Education/Experience:HS + 2- 4 years of experience in building maintenance, equipment maintenance and/or general maintenance. HVAC Trouble shooting and repair experience preferred.
