Executive Director, Business Relationship Management

Location: New Orleans, LA

The Executive Director for Business Relationship Management (BRM) is a leadership role responsible for managing and maintaining strong partnerships between the Information Technology department and University units. This position oversees the Business Relationship Management Office.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.• 8 years of experience in leadership, business relationship management, or a related role.

• Master's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).• Experience in Higher Education.• Strong understanding of business process improvement and change management.
