This position can be Full-Time with benefits or Part-Time depending on the candidate's availability.SHIFTS: Some daytime shifts and mostly evening and weekend shifts. This position is tip eligible.
This position must have a valid Iowa driver's license.Welcome, greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes, provide friendly and efficient transportation of guests in the hotel vehicles as needed, and accommodate guest needs during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner. This includes, but is not limited to escorting guests, opening doors, assisting guests with luggage and keeping the lobby space and entrance areas clean and welcoming.This position serves as a trainer. Trainers are responsible for supervising the learning experiences of students in all areas of The Hotel at Kirkwood Center, The Kirkwood Center for Hospitality Arts and The Kirkwood Center for Continuing Education.
