- Location: 2.5 hours from Salt Lake, UT
- Schedule: Clinical Hours, plus call (onsite M-W, 8a-5p with pager and call back)
- Setting: 19 beds, Outpatient, MEDHOST
- Volume: Beeper, 5 consults, 2 patients seen call consults, 47 patients per shift
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 office staff
- Certs: BE/BC, Licensed in UT or IMLC, ACLS, BLS, Fellowship preferred
