West Coast Center for Surgeries is a Medicare-certified Ambulatory Surgery Center. We are seeking an energetic OR Manager/Lead Circulator with Ophthalmology experience who is able to assist the Director of Nursing with delegated administrative duties and participates in the development of care plans in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient safety and high-quality care, and must demonstrate energy, efficiency and teamwork.

Job Description:

• Primary OR circulator for ophthalmic procedures Tuesdays-Fridays.
• Assist Director of Nursing with delegated Administrative duties
• Play a key role in stabilizing patient flow
• Support schedule management

Job Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of California
• Minimum 3+ years of management experience
• Must be able to cover following areas: Pre-op/PACU/OR for our high paced ophthalmology ASC.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Previous surgical experience in Ophthalmology is required
• Must demonstrate energy, efficiency, and teamwork

Please do not apply if you do not have Cataract surgery experience.

This is a full time/part-time position based on the surgical schedule, typically Tuesdays through Thursdays, with one Friday per month.

Job Type: Full time/Part-time

Pay: S55.00 - $70.00/ hour (based on experience)

Compensation details: 55-70 Hourly Wage
