We're looking for a dynamic and driven Digital Media Sales Consultant to join our Sparklight Advertising Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from local businesses to regional brands, delivering innovative marketing solutions that get results.

What You'll Do
- Drive new business development through cold calls, prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Identify, target, and secure new clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
- Present, pitch, and sell a full suite of digital marketing solutions, including OTT/CTV, Digital Audio, YouTube, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, DOOH, and more.
- Translate client business challenges into tailored marketing strategies and solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipeline and track opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to deliver exceptional client results.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and campaign recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to expand your reach.
Qualifications
- License & Transportation: You've got a valid license, reliable wheels, and a clean record-ready to connect with clients and grow your local market.
- Proven Sales Ability: 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (digital media sales preferred).
- Goal-Driven: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with OTT/CTV, Digital Audio, YouTube, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, DOOH, and more -or the willingness to learn quickly.
- People Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; comfortable engaging with diverse audiences.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle rejection with resilience.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms; able to adapt to new tools quickly.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at earning trust and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
Preferred
- Experience in advertising/media sales or agency work.
- Established relationships with local and regional businesses.
- College degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
