What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all work performed, including parts used and time on site.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with dispatch and team members to ensure timely service and efficient scheduling.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job.
- Stay current with industry best practices, equipment, and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
