Summary Objective Electrical Field Service Lead serves as the senior field electrician responsible for overseeing the electrical installation, startup, and commissioning of Stellar Energy's Modular Central Utility Plants (MCUPs) at customer sites. Interpret and execute electrical plans, single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, mechanical P&IDs, structural drawings, interconnection details, and control drawings provided by Engineering. Configure and troubleshoot control panels, PLCs, VFDs, and digital monitoring systems during commissioning. Conduct site-level QA/QC inspections and pre-functional tests to validate readiness for system energization. Interface with internal Engineering, Project Management, and Controls teams to resolve technical issues in the field. Maintain detailed field documentation, including redlines, daily work reports, punch lists, and commissioning logs.
