Canandaigua National Trust Company of Florida Administrative Associate Qualifications: A B.S. or B.S. degree in a field related to banking, business or another equivalent field normally required. One to three years' experience in a customer focused role. One to three years' experience in an administrative role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Prior financial services experience a plus. Highly proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office Suit. Will possess or attain a Florida Notary Public designation. Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation. Duties: Provides administrative support relating to CNB Trust services to bank customers as follows: Accurately and promptly complete a variety of client transactions including, but not limited to, new account set-up and requests for distributions. Researches and responds to a multitude of inquiries from customers, outside money managers, and Trust officers, tax preparers, and/or attorneys. Provides various services for CNB/CNTF customers such as notary services and checking cashing with the local banking. Manages supplies ordering for office supplies, business cards, marketing, and public relations materials. Responsible for processing, distributing, and sending US mail, FedEx and other correspondence. Acts as a liaison to vendors such as office landlord, equipment suppliers, and or utility suppliers.
