As a Receiving Forklift Clerk you will: Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips Inspect deliveries for damage, quantity, and accuracy Record and input received goods into inventory or warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) Tag and label items appropriately for identification and traceability Notify purchasing or relevant departments of any discrepancies or damaged items Organize and stage received materials for stocking or internal distribution Maintain accurate and up-to-date receiving logs and documentation Collaborate with the Finance team for invoice and receipt reconciliation Ensure received goods are stored in correct locations following inventory protocols Maintain a clean and safe receiving area, complying with all safety and organizational standards Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment as needed Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes Assist with returns, exchanges, or re-shipments as necessary Communicate effectively with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal teams This is a full time opportunity The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a receiving or warehouse role Must obtain forklift certification within 90 days of hire date Familiarity or experience with ISO 9001 standards is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document and verify shipments Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Ability to lift up to insert weight if needed , and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting Pay rate: $21.00-22.00/hr Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
