What You'll Do Answer phones, screen calls, and handle client/candidate inquiries Review resumes, update applicant databases, schedule interviews, greet visitors Assist with job postings, candidate outreach, and occasional cold calling Manage sales documentation and maintain organized files Operate standard office equipment and perform general clerical duties What We're Looking For Associate degree or higher preferred; prior office or customer-service experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Comfortable making multiple phone calls daily Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills Compensation & Transparency Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (depending on experience) Equal Employment Opportunity Our hiring practices fully comply with the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the CROWN Act, and all other anti-discrimination laws.
