Job Opportunity: Locum Nurse Practitioner - General Medicine in Missouri

We are seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments in various locations across Missouri. This role is perfect for those with a background in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-time non-treatment Compensation & Pension exams and separation health assessments.
- Perform primarily interview-based exams with some physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
- No prescribing or treatment involved; focus on examinations and assessments.
- Work on a PRN basis with options for half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts.
- Quick credentialing and onboarding process.
- Complete required training and follow up on administrative work as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in METs testing as well as evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
- Ability to work within a 50-mile radius of your own office location.
- Must possess a full active and unrestricted license in Missouri.
- Willingness to complete DMA training to become DMA certified.
- Experience in general medicine or related specialty is preferred.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Current AANP certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri.
