Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary: The Manufacturing/Process Engineer II is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and driving complex root cause investigations for instrument manufacturing product lines. This includes assembly and final test processes to ensure product quality and on-time delivery. The role is part of the Manufacturing Engineering Team and is based on-site in Miami, Florida. Key Responsibilities: • Lead technical issue resolution and production delays through root cause analysis and design of experiments. • Develop and implement new or improved manufacturing methods, techniques, processes, and tooling. • Coordinate implementation of changes due to process updates, product revisions, and new product launches. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 0+ years of experience. • Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial disciplines preferred. • Experience interpreting and creating technical drawings and schematics. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., FDA, ISO). • Bilingual in Spanish. Education: Bachelors Degree
