Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the Boys and Girls Varsity Track teams
• Design and implement effective training and conditioning programs
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
• Collaborate with assistant coaches, athletic staff, and school administrators
• Ensure compliance with WPIAL and PIAA regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience at the high school level
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of track and field techniques and safety standards
• Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes
