Recruitment Assistant needed for a large Healthcare Union! This position will be long term temporary with potential for temp-to-direct hire for the right candidate. It will be fully onsite, Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm. Our client is looking for someone with a background in Human Resources, and experience supporting recruitment activities. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Support recruiters and team by providing training to Union Member Candidates (healthcare professionals) and resources to enhance their skills for placement in various opportunities in the healthcare field Assist in creation of recruitment materials, job postings and advertisements in order to draw a diverse, qualified, candidate pool Conduct interviews, attend job fairs, networking events, and recruitment forums and match candidates with openings Use the Applicant Tracking System to assist with organizing recruitment processes and workflow; upload and updated candidate resumes and information, and track data QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition (preferably in healthcare or non-profit) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) If you are interested in being considered, please send your resume to us ASAP!
