Compensation:
$41,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Provide blowouts, styling, and finishing services tailored to each guest
- Perform scalp treatments designed to support long-term hair health
- Build strong client relationships by delivering an exceptional salon experience
- Recommend professional products and educate clients on at-home care routines
- Keep your station and salon space organized, clean, and welcoming
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
- Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (required)
- Skilled in blowouts, finishing, and styling for different hair types
- Passion for guest experience and building a loyal clientele
- Interest in advanced scalp therapy and modern beauty trends
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends is a plus
