The Role:
We're seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests at our McMurray location. This position is ideal for someone who is polished, personable, and detail-oriented. As the face of Crown & Raine, you'll set the tone for the luxury experience clients expect from the moment they walk through the door.
Compensation:
$15 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming environment
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs using salon booking software
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism
- Assist with retail product sales and maintain displays at the front desk
- Support daily operations by keeping reception and waiting areas organized and inviting
- Work closely with stylists and therapists to ensure smooth client flow and an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills and a professional, polished demeanor
- Comfort with computers and scheduling systems (salon/spa software experience a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and friendly
- Evening and weekend availability is a plus
