Job Description:
At Ted Britt Ford, the Loaner Reimbursement Coordinator plays a key role in managing our loaner program with a strong focus on financial accuracy and reimbursement from Ford. This position is responsible for learning and operating our internal loaner system, inputting repair orders into Ford's reimbursement platform, and securing approval for additional loaner days when eligible. The accuracy and timeliness of these submissions directly impact the dealership's financial performance.
In addition to these responsibilities, this position offers growth opportunities, including potential involvement in dealership social media posting and light digital engagement.

Job Responsibilities:
Loaner Program Oversight: Learn and manage the dealership's loaner system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Reimbursement Accuracy: Input repair orders into Ford's system to secure repayment, including requesting and tracking additional day authorizations.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of loaner transactions, extensions, and manufacturer approvals.
Process Coordination: Work closely with service advisors, warranty administrators, and accounting staff to ensure timely claim submissions.
Communication: Provide updates to management regarding outstanding claims and reimbursement status.
System Proficiency: Develop expertise with dealership and Ford systems to ensure efficient navigation and troubleshooting.
Social Media Support (future): Assist with dealership social media posting and digital engagement when needed.
Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by working closely with service, accounting, and management teams.
Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with Ford, dealership, and loaner program guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Previous automotive, warranty, or administrative experience preferred; Ford/Lincoln experience a plus.
Strong financial, data-entry, and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
Proficient with computers; willingness to learn dealership and Ford systems quickly.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional business or accounting training a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Professional, business-casual dress code required.
Must be punctual, accountable, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work alternating Saturdays and at least one closing shift per week.
Open to part-time applicants, including college students balancing classes.
