What We're Looking For
We want to connect with Civil Engineers who:

  • Have recently earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • EIT certification is preferred but not required.
  • Are eager to learn, grow, and tackle new challenges with creativity and enthusiasm.
  • Possess a strong foundation in conventional site design, infrastructure, and environmental concepts.
  • Have familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D/Land Development, or other design software (course experience is fine!).
  • Communicate clearly and are excited to contribute to collaborative project teams.
