Position Overview

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading both real estate sales and Club Membership sales, driving growth and enhancing WindRiver's reputation as the region's leading luxury lifestyle community. This role will lead a high-performing team, set and execute strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver exceptional experiences to both buyers and members.


What You'll Do
  • Drive sales strategy across real estate and Club Membership verticals, setting and achieving KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery tours, contracts, closings, and onboarding.
  • Build regional relationships through events, partnerships, and networking.
  • Deliver a luxury client and member experience consistent with WindRiver's brand.
What We're Looking For
  • 7-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience (real estate + membership sales preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding high-value sales goals.
  • Tennessee Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and sales automation tools.

  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership in sales; background in both Gated Community real estate sales and private club/membership sales highly preferred.
  • Tennessee Real Estate license required, or ability to obtain one in 60 days
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven record of exceeding targets in high-value sales environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead dynamic teams across multiple sales verticals.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Entrepreneurial, high-energy, and motivated by creating memorable client and member experiences.
