Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and property management/accounting software. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance. Education and Experience Minimum high school graduate required. Associate degree or higher degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in Leasing and management in commercial or residential leasing Willingness to obtain a real estate license in various states is a plus Bi-lingual is a plus Job Competencies Able to exhibit a proven track record with respect to goal achievement and adherence to planned timeframes Proven ability to interact effectively with a wide range of highly experienced peers, principals, prospects Successful track record with respect to prioritizing multiple initiatives - including rapid execution and sense of urgency regarding completion of key tasks.
