Junior Operations Manager - Transportation - Duties:
- Start Here: Gain practical experience in business management and entrepreneurship as QC invests in your career growth.
- Grow Here: Assist the Director of Operations to expand QC's client network across Georgia by managing existing client relationships and winning new projects.
- Get Hands-On: Execute data collection projects of all sizes; roll up your sleeves to install equipment like video detection cameras and pneumatic tubes, or help with surveys and data collection in the field.
- Make an Impact: See the results of your hard work in real-time as you help engineers and planners in the public and private sectors improve Georgia roadways and communities.
Junior Operations Manager-Transportation - Requirements:
- Eager to learn how to run a small business operation, grow your business management career
- A hands-on problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working both indoors and out-rain or shine
- Strong with the details and can use power tools
- A fast learner who values feedback and collaboration
- Technically capable and confident in the field
- Willing to travel nationally and attend local conferences as needed
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business management)
- Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Can commit to spending six consecutive weeks in Charlotte, NC to train under local QC leadership (accommodations to be paid for by the company).
