Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support HR operations and employee onboarding processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for new hires and internal stakeholders, ensuring that onboarding, compliance, and documentation processes are completed accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources or further develop their HR care er. Key Responsibilities: Manag e the complete onboarding process from offer letter to first-day logistics, using company and client portals. Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, and competency testing. Communicate clearly with new hires regarding offer details, documents, deadlines, and onboarding expectations. Maintain compliance with all documentation requirements, including I-9, E-Verify, and client-specific forms. Upload, organize, and maintain onboarding documents in internal and client systems. Monitor and update the placement tracker with detailed notes for each candidate and placement. Collaborate with teams across Sales, Recruitment, HR, and Payroll to ensure a seamless new hire experience. Respond to candidate queries throughout the onboarding process in a timely and professional manner. Track license and credential expiration dates and notify employees accordingly. Assist the Internal Audits Team with required docum entation and reporting. Required Qualifications: 6+ months of administrative or HR-related experience. (Open to recent graduates with relevant foundational skills.) Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: B achelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience using HRIS systems or applicant tracking systems is a plus. Education: Bachelors Degree
