Description: Position Summary: The Senior Maintenance Technician reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance in a timely and accurate manner. Performance of building maintenance tasks will include one or more fields (e.g., carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).
