Panera Bread has a need for a full-time multi-craft maintenance mechanic to join our Fresh Dough Facility (FDF) in Jessup, MD. Our facility produces all of the bread, bagel, and roll dough for all of our bakery-cafes in the region. We are seeking a mechanic experienced in working within a manufacturing environment repairing, maintaining, and installing all types of bakery/food production equipment and machinery, as well as general facilities maintenance. Responsibilities Include: Provides support to the production staff to minimize downtime and maintain high safety and quality standards. Manage and perform scheduled equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program. Troubleshoot and repair all process equipment as safely, quickly and efficiently as possible.
