Job Description Summary: POSITION OBJECTIVE: See's Candies is seeking a Seasonal Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team and help deliver a smooth, joyful experience for hundreds of seasonal team members across the country. This is a contract position running from approximately September through early January - perfect for an experienced HR professional looking to make an impact during the most exciting time of year. Best of all, this role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.! The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $25-$30 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Job Description: As an Onboarding Specialist for seasonal hiresat See's Candies,you will have the opportunity to contribute to our seasonal operations and ensure our new hires are set up for success.This role willplay a pivotal role in ensuring our seasonal hires are efficiently onboarded through the Workday platform. Key Responsibilities: As our Seasonal HR Onboarding Specialist, you'll play a critical role in welcoming new team members and keeping HR operations running efficiently during our peak season. Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for seasonal hires - from interviews to paperwork to orientation Host engaging virtual orientation sessions, helping new hires feel confident and prepared Assist with employee scheduling and shift communication Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation Support I-9, E-Verify, and other key compliance efforts Answer general HR questions and provide administrative support to the broader HR team Embrace See's core values: respect, integrity, teamwork, diversity, and inclusion What We Offer: A fully remote role - work from anywhere in the U.S. A fast-paced, supportive HR team that values collaboration and fun Real-world HR experience at a nationally loved company The chance to help spread holiday cheer behind the scenes! Qualifications: 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience (seasonal or high-volume experience is a plus!) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive, people-first approach Flexibility to support extended hours when needed during peak season The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, in addition to a full range of generous medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
