Immigration Attorney

Gonzalez Olivieri LLC immigration is looking for an associate attorney to practice at our office in Houston, Texas. The position is available for immediate hire and provides a great opportunity to learn and practice immigration law before USCIS, immigration courts, and all courts of appeals. Prior experience in immigration law is a requirement. The attorney must be bilingual in English and Spanish (this is a legitimate work requirement) and may be required to work during occasional evening hours and some Saturday as the operation requires. The ideal candidate must be culturally competent to deal with clients possessing diverse: international backgrounds; nationalities; races; religions; and sexual orientations. The ideal candidate will also have excellent written communication skills, be analytical and hard-working, a multi-tasker, have good interpersonal skills, the ability to set priorities, manage time effectively, and must be congenial with others.
