Job Title: Attorney Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: Full Time Job Description: We are seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to handle general liability and medical malpractice cases. Candidates must be eager for immediate courtroom experience and hands-on litigation work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants meaningful trial and courtroom experience-not just motion practice. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with clients and co-counsel to develop and implement a cohesive defense strategy for every case. Manage and evaluate complex, high-risk cases. Take and defend depositions. Advocate for clients through briefs and in court. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate and Georgia Bar License in Good Standing. 3+ years of litigation experience. Experience in general liability or med mal preferred. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills. Top 30% of law school class preferred. Moot court, mock trial, and/or journal experience preferred. Desire to grow as a trial attorney.
