About the Role
Denham Property & Injury Law Firm fights for policyholders in property-damage and personal-injury claims. We are seeking a full-time Client Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for new clients. This position is in-office in Lexington, Kentucky.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and online inquiries, providing a professional first impression.
- Guide prospective clients through intake forms, ensuring all required information is collected.
- Schedule consultations and manage the firm's calendar.
- Accurately record case details in the case-management system.
- Set up case files for smooth transition to attorneys, ensuring documents and data are complete and organized.
- Prepare intake reports and follow up with potential clients to collect missing documents.
- Draft correspondence and assist with general office support as needed.

- Bachelor's degree required (business, communications, or related field preferred).
- 1-3 years of client-facing or administrative experience preferred, ideally in a law firm or professional services.

- Strong organizational and multitasking ability with close attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly.
