Job Description

We have an opening for an experienced, in-office, full-time Customer Service Representative. This important role is the first to connect with our customers and provide the high level of service that we're known for.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and follow up on voicemails

Promote products, services, and maintenance plans

Schedule service, maintenance, and sales appointments

Make outbound calls

Monitor and reply to customer emails

Document customer concerns and resolution

Assist with customer mailings and related projects

Other duties as assigned

Scheduled first shift, M-F, in-office, with rotating Saturday mornings



  • High personal integrity and desire to serve others
  • High school diploma/GED required (college experience or degree a plus)
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational ability
  • Strong computer and data entry skills, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Multi-lingual ability preferred!
