Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual or in-person property inspections to identify possibly insurance-covered damages. Review and interpret insurance policies. Deliver outstanding customer service and support. Complete necessary paperwork and send them to the office for claim processing. Apply business growth strategies to expand your reach and success.
