What You'll Do:
- Perform residential plumbing service calls (diagnostics, repairs, and installs)
- Build trust with customers by explaining issues, solutions, and options clearly
- Provide excellent service and leave every job better than you found it
- Accurately complete job tickets using ServiceTitan (training available)
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional appearance
What We're Looking For:
- Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber License (required)
- 2+ years of plumbing experience in residential service preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, with rotating on-call responsibilities
