Help Desk Support - Supplier Services Location Fort Worth, TX Hybrid after training MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • MUST HAVE 1+ year experience in IT help desk, or IT ticket-based support • Familiarity with case management or email queue systems • Excellent written communication and attention to detail • Able to prioritize and manage tasks independently in a high-volume environment COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $20.00/hour • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday • W2 Contract • Start Date: ASAP ROLE IMPACT As a Help Desk Support Specialist in Supplier Services, you'll be the first point of contact for vendors seeking assistance with compliance and documentation needs. Your role ensures accurate issue tracking, timely case resolution, and strong communication across departments-all within a Fortune 10 healthcare environment.
