Description: The Retreat at Ladys Island is seeking an Executive Director to join their team! RELATIONSHIP The Executive Director reports directly to the Director of Operations and /or COO. PURPOSE The Executive Director is responsible for hands on operations execution at the community level. The Executive Director responsibilities include the profit and loss, financial performance, leadership of employees, and resident and family satisfaction. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES COMPLIANCE/SAFETY Adheres to and enforces OSHA regulations and safety procedures Practices safety procedures at all times including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, MSDA (Material Safety Data Sheets) / SDA (Safety Data Sheet), and Lockout Tag out procedures Reviews all incident reports; ensures corrective actions are in place in a timely manner Maintains full compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the operation of an assisted living facility Secures the community's license and posts it in accordance with regulations Maintains compliance with fire drills and disaster plans Investigates, monitors, and reviews work-related injuries FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Reviews and interprets monthly financial reports and provides explanation of budget variances to management Shares results of monthly financial reports with department heads. Acting as a strategic liaison across departments-including Sales, Operations, Ecommerce, Inventory, and Contracting-they will ensure seamless collaboration and alignment. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales KPIs to identify opportunities for improving the end-to-end customer experience, exploring new programs and partnerships to expand market presence, and delivering training and support for Health Plan programs.Job Description This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days a week in the Northfield office. Responsibilities Own the health plans segment by working with cross functionally with Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, Information Services, Legal, and other teams to design and execute a plan of action to drive business results Provide recommendations and advanced critical thinking to identify improvement opportunities for current program Work with Sales and Business Development Team to identify and new growth areas aligned to drive value and address industry issues for Health Plan customers Develop go-to-market strategies for updates to the program Responsible for coordinating and executing strategic initiatives within the health plan network Collaborate with Leadership to ensure that both strategic and tactical plans are aligned with the long-term strategy by creating and owning the business planning as they relate to health plans Meet with finance regularly to review profitability improvement opportunities, this may include evaluating the overall profitability of a group or individual customer Creates and enhances processes to ensure execution of contract terms & expectations; takes on improvement projects based on business need SME resource for implementation and RFP teams to successfully secure and implement new business Strategic liaison between internal teams like Sales, Operations, Ecommerce, Inventory, Contracting, etc. Monitors sales KPIs and identifies opportunities to improve end to end customer experience Explores new programs and partnerships that will expand our market presence and make us stickier Provides Health Plan program education/training and go-to for program questions Requirements Bachelor's degree At least 3 years of related experience Bring internal teams together to move projects forward Process improvement experience Program management/project management skills, with ability and proven track record to plan, manage and develop strategic initiatives to successful goal completion Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors Willing to travel up to quarterly to conferences or customer visits as needed Preferred Qualifications Previous work with health plan providers and Over the Counter Benefits (OTC) Experience using business analytical skills Experience developing strategic initiatives, which align with business goals and budget Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. The anticipated salary range for this position: $96,200.00 - $144,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
