Ensures compliance with State regulations. Lifeguards and may teach swim lessons. Work will be performed in an ethical and legal manner following organizational policies, processes, protocols and procedures . Responsible for quality service delivery and internal/external customer relations for Madonna as a whole, including upholding the mission and values for the department and facility. II . ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (INFORMATION) Ensures pools, decks, and furniture are clean and all walkways are free of obstructions. Drains and cleans hot tubs, sanitizes steam and saunas, and chemical shocks pool per instruction. All duties are to be logged on the aquatics checklist. (PEOPLE) Supervises aquatics area to ensure members and guests have a safe and clean environment. Identifies unsafe conditions and resolves issues immediately.
