Position Summary: The Team Palisades Tahoe Freeski Coach/Trainer is responsible for the overall success in air awareness for freeride athletes and Park Competition athletes of the Team Palisades Tahoe in accordance with the Mission and Vision: as measured by the quality of the athlete and employee experience and retention, athlete success at the regional and national competition level, and parent/athlete satisfaction. The Freerski Aerials Coach/Trainer will lead and attend USASA, Norams, Futures, etc Park events as well as TJFS and IFSA Freeride events when applicable. Will work closely with the Head Snowboard Coach, Park and Cross Head Coach, Freeride Comp Manager, Freeride Dept. Sr Manager and Performance Manager to achieve success. Applicants must be 18 years of age. Hourly: The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's total compensation package for employees.
