Responsibilities: Execute electrical wiring plans, install fixtures, equipment, and troubleshoot malfunctions. Perform general electrical maintenance, inspect components, repair electrical appliances, and document all repairs and services. Maintain electrical building systems in compliance with safety codes and regulations. Monitor and manage parts, materials, and supply inventories, ensuring uninterrupted service within approved levels. Maintain electrical distribution systems, including switchgear, secondary switchgear, distribution panels, transformers, and lighting, in line with testing specifications and facility policies. Support energy management initiatives aimed at utility conservation and document approved system or BAS changes. Respond promptly to emergency situations, including outside of normal working hours, as needed. Qualifications: Current C-10 License required. Ability to interpret and apply blueprints and technical diagrams. Proficiency with testing devices such as ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and cable testers. Skilled in the use of both hand and power tools. Strong understanding of state and local building codes and regulations.
