General Job Description
Dogwood Industries LLC is seeking an experienced, professional Project Manager. The Project Manager will work closely with clients to understand and manage their expectations. You must thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and exhibit excellent time management and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, independent and demonstrate relationship management skills. This person takes ownership of processes and finds workable solutions for challenging problems. This position requires a positive perspective combined with a flexible mind and the ability to pivot when necessary. Physical Requirements/Work Environment
This position requires moderate physical activity, primarily in an office environment but may include visits to the manufacturing facilities or jobsites to collaborate and inspect materials. To perform the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly seated at a computer desk with the option to stand, is utilizing the telephone frequently, and participating in meetings with colleagues, clients, third party vendors, etc. There are stairs in the office. In the factory setting, you may inspect and handle materials and be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, and odors.
Compensation
$100,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location
This is an onsite position at the Dogwood Bothell Office at 17706 Brickyard Rd NE, Bothell, WA 98011. Travel to Dogwood's Sedro-Woolley or Everett Factory, as needed.
