This role is responsible for making sure all fabricated parts meet company and customer standards and are completed on time to support production goals. Benefits: Paid Holidays: 9 paid holidays annually Vacation: 40 hours of vacation after your first year Health Insurance: PPO or HSA health plans available after 60 days (employer partially paid) HSA Match: Company match of up to $100/month Life Insurance: Basic life insurance provided at no cost after 60 days 401(k): Safe harbor match after 12 months of employment Overtime: Available as needed Key Responsibilities: Ensure all fabricated parts meet company quality standards and customer specifications Lead and oversee daily production activities in the fabrication department Supervise, train, and support fabricators, providing technical guidance as needed Inspect welds, cuts, bends, and other fabrication details to ensure quality control Work with department leads to follow production schedules and meet delivery deadlines Assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluations Enforce safety practices and PPE usage in accordance with company policy Track employee time, ensure proper clock-in/out procedures, and manage attendance records Help administer disciplinary actions, point tracking, and vacation time in coordination with HR and supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the department is safely shut down at the end of each day Participate in weekly supervisor meetings and promote a collaborative team atmosphere Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent industry experience required Minimum of 6 years in a fabrication, welding, or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills Preferred Skills: Experience working with brake presses, saws, welders, and other metal fabrication tools Prior knowledge of quality control practices in a production setting Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods Physical Demands: Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Work primarily takes place in a shop environment with some office tasks Expected Hours of Work: Full-time role; hours set by department manager, typically Mandatory overtime may be required during high production periods About Warren, LLC.: Warren, LLC. has been a trusted name in truck equipment manufacturing since 1993.
