Role Overview

The Managed Services Supervisor will oversee CRV's remote surveillance (P3) and recurring managed services programs. This individual is responsible for both warehouse assembly of P3 units and day-to-day operations of deployed units. The role ensures that new systems are built efficiently, shipped on time, and then properly monitored and supported once in the field.


The Supervisor will directly oversee the P3 Coordinator and warehouse assembly techs, while working closely with leadership to improve efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on supervisory role suited for a motivated operator ready to grow into broader management responsibilities as CRV's managed services scale.


Key Responsibilities


P3 Warehouse Build & Deployment

  • Supervise warehouse techs building P3 remote surveillance units.
  • Enforce standardized build process (checklists, wiring, configuration, QA).
  • Track build hours against standard target
  • Hold techs accountable for urgency, efficiency, and quality.
  • Maintain build logs: serial numbers, time to build, assigned tech, QA status.
  • Coordinate with Ops/PMs for shipment and deployment scheduling


Managed Services Operations

  • Oversee daily system checks and monitoring reports.
  • Serve as escalation point for P3 customers and recurring managed service clients.
  • Coordinate with service/install teams for escalated technical issues.

Team Supervision & Process Improvement

  • Supervise and mentor P3 Coordinator and assembly techs.
  • Train new staff on P3 assembly and monitoring procedures.
  • Improve workflows to reduce build time, increase monitoring automation, and streamline reporting.
  • Track KPIs: build efficiency, uptime, SLA adherence, customer retention.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT managed services, warehouse/assembly supervision, or security integration.
  • Prior role as a lead technician, warehouse supervisor, or coordinator preferred.
  • Technical aptitude with networking, servers, and/or low-voltage security systems.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills - able to hold techs accountable.
  • Excellent communication for both customer updates and internal reporting.
