Deliverables: ?Maintain sales plans and Unit needs as provided by the licensee partners for effective communication within the organization. ?Gather and consolidate historic sales and inventory reports from centralized data warehouse and planning files ?Compile, print and prepare reports to support Merchants and planning team with open-to-buy and business review documents according to product categories, sales and inventory actuals vs. forecasts, etc. for Planners prior to open-to-buy meetings with merchants ?Provide initial callouts on weekly business recap reports, identifying any variances between planned and actual numbers; provide any meaningful recommendations for plan changes ?Attend open-to-buy meetings with Planners for note taking and as an educational experience to learn more about the nuances of merchandise planning ?Provide Merchandiser's quarterly/seasonal analysis/review of International markets/Licensee business from Product performance perspective.
