Position: Customer Care Service Technician (Warranty Department)
FLSA: Non-exempt
Location: Tulsa metro and various locations (indoor and outdoor)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
General Purpose: To complete all Customer Care requests for warranty in assigned area of city.
Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Managing Partner or Customer Care Manager.
Supervision Exercised: None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for conducting homeowner orientations and quality inspections
- Coordinate customer appointments and ensure satisfaction
- Present recommendations to Managing Partner
- Provide status reports on any open service request
- Follow up on outstanding work orders
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging customers
- Attend construction meetings and communicate progress reports
- Attend all staff meetings
- Interact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Perform minor repairs in residential homes
- Any other duties assigned
