Familiarity with precision measuring tools (torque wrenches, micrometers, dial indicators, sheet metal brakes/shears). Working knowledge of aircraft troubleshooting and repair procedures. Ability to obtain/maintain required medical and physical standards. Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to lead small teams. Schedule Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 0700 to 1600 May require occasional TDY travel in support of maintenance operations.
