We are currently hiring a Part-Time Pediatric Dentist to support in-office surgical days in collaboration with a Dental Anesthesiologist. This is a unique opportunity for a pediatric-trained dentist who enjoys working with children under sedation in a supportive, team-based environment. Position: Part-Time Pediatric Dentist Sedation Surgery Days As a Pediatric Dentist on our sedation team, you ll provide dental surgical care to pediatric patients under general anesthesia. Working alongside a Dental Anesthesiologist, you will help ensure a safe, comfortable experience for our young patients during in-office procedures. Your role will focus on surgical treatment, while our dedicated support staff and clinical systems enable you to deliver care efficiently and confidently. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality surgical dental care to pediatric patients under general anesthesia Partner closely with the Dental Anesthesiologist to ensure seamless patient care Collaborate with a dedicated sedation support team on in-office surgery days Maintain compliance with clinical, regulatory, and company standards Participate in pre- and post-op patient care discussions with the care team Create a positive and compassionate experience for patients and families Clinical Setup Includes: In-office sedation cases in conjunction with a licensed Dental Anesthesiologist Specialized surgical support team and pediatric dental assistants Digital radiography and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces and DentaPro software Medicaid, PPO, and out-of-network payor mix Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training provided Qualifications DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program Active dental license (or eligibility) in the state where care is provided DEA license, PALS/BLS certification Nitrous Oxide certification if required by the state (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) Experience or comfort working in a sedation or surgical environment A commitment to compassionate care for underserved pediatric populations What We Offer: Competitive per diem or generous percentage of adjusted production Company-paid malpractice insurance No lab fees Flexible part-time schedule aligned with sedation surgery days A mission-driven team that values clinical collaboration and integrity We value teamwork, mutual respect and cooperation.
