Responsibilities - Manage troubled/distressed/defaulted contracts and develop win-win strategies for both the customer and CFS - Manage 31+ and 91+ Workout Department and Individual portfolio delinquency - Manage company losses within budget - Manage individual losses within established budget in assigned portfolio - Generate daily phone calls within established parameters as established by management - Complete all required monthly reporting, status updates and coding within prescribed deadlines by management (Top 50, Monthly charge-off recommendations, CPC Top 50, Ray Morgan Delinquency, Syndicated Contract status updates, etc) - Maintain call quality standards as established by management including monthly review and acknowledgment of all monitored calls - Make strategic recommendations for resolution of defaulted contracts - Ensure proper cash posting for monies received on assigned portfolio including review and posting of unapplied cash - Recommend and complete advanced workout resolutions in the form of contract settlements, extensions, restructures and payment plans as necessary - Assign equipment repossessions as necessary - Track and monitor all equipment returns as necessary - Develop and/or revise department owned business rules as assigned and/or necessary - Partner with internal and external parties (dealers, customer service, collections, legal, credit etc) as necessary to resolve customer issues - Utilize all tools and systems to resolve defaults and cure delinquency within company policy and assigned authorities - Special projects as assigned by management - Recognize and appreciate the differences within the diverse population and treat all with respect - Ensure highest level of customer service - Maintain a positive work environment - Resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Develop and cultivate strategic business contacts both within and outside the company Qualifications - Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent work experience - 3+ years experience in Workout or advanced Collections experience - Prior leasing experience a plus The company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship for this position.
