This includes cooking on the line, expo, seating guests, bartending, etc. - Uses the Management Development Program for continuous growth of leadership skills and proficiencies. Education and Experience - At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience - Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus Compensation: Applebee's Assistant Managers: $18.36 to $25.50 per hour, which is approximately $52,509 to $72,930 annually based on a 50-hour work week. Potential for monthly bonus, where applicable by location. Physical Standards: Must have the ability to: - Work various shifts ranging in hours, including weekends. - Stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to ten (10) hours in length. - Safely lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes, etc. up to 50 pounds in weight. - Read and write to facilitate communication.
