A full-time Manager of Radiation Therapy position is available in an advanced, patient-centered oncology care environment located in Palm Springs, California. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced radiation therapy professional with a passion for operational excellence, clinical quality, and team development in a comprehensive cancer treatment setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the radiation therapy department, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient treatment delivery
Supervise and mentor radiation therapists and support staff
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization
Maintain and enforce radiation safety protocols and equipment QA
Collaborate with physicists, dosimetrists, and physicians to support treatment planning and delivery
Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, education, and ongoing performance evaluations
